Christophe Courbage is Professor at the Geneva School of Business Administration (Haute école de gestion/HES-SO), in Geneva, Switzerland, where he is also Director of the DAS program for risk management « Gestion des Risques d’Entreprise ». He is expert in the economics of risk and insurance and risk management. He is former Research Director at The Geneva Association, has professional experience at Lombard Odier & Cie, and taught at several universities, including the University of Geneva and University of Lausanne. He is the Editor-in-Chief of The Geneva Papers on Risk and Insurance – Issues and Practice. His research interests include insurance economics, health economics, long-term care financing, prevention decision, and individual behaviours in risky environment.
